Please note that there are some bearing references that are brand specific. If in doubt, check the measurements.
2. Measure the bearing
Using a caliper, measure:
- The inside diameter
- Outside diameter
- The thickness
3. Headset bearings
Please note, the headsets bearings have angles (36° and 45°)
These values are essential to add to the dimensions mentioned above.
The example shows the dimensions to be measured. Often, they are written on the bearing.
