Needed a replacement derailleur retainer bolt for my Borealis Crestone, which I lost on my last ride. SOS seemed to be the only online seller in North America that had the bolt only in stock. Being in the US, I thought the price & shipping from CA was fair and reasonable. I recieved the bolt in a couple days ??, however the thread pitch of the bolt was different than the thread on the OEM hanger. Which was entirely my fault for not verifying. In hindsight, I should have ordered both new bolt & hanger. Regardless, SOS gets 5 stars from me for great service and communication and I will be back should I need anything else.
