I had the rear derailleur hanger on my 2006 Kuota Khan break and needed a fast replacement as I had an event I was registered for. SOS Hanger luckily had one left in stock. I contacted them with pictures of my broken hanger and they responded quickly confirming I had the correct replacement part. Since I needed it quickly, I was also worried about the impending Canada Post strike. SOS Hanger agreed to only charge me the CP basic shipping price but instead used a courier and the part was at my door by noon the next day.
